Severe storms are possible across the South through the weekend, including the potential for tornadoes.
The threat of severe storms will be in North Florida by Sunday.
Heavy rain is also possible with this system.
Some lingering showers and storms are possible on Monday in Virginia, North Carolina, and the Florida Peninsula.
