For the north Atlantic Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico
The NHC is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Maria located about 165 miles north of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Elsewhere tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours.
