IGOR, JULIA and KARL No Threat To Florida
Hurricane Igor remains a major hurricane this morning in the Central Atlantic. Although it will fluctuate in strength this week, it still looks to take a beeline towards Bermuda this weekend, possibly as a major hurricane. Igor will also create dangerous swells along the East Coast this weekend.
Farther east in the tropics, Hurricane Julia has also become a category 4 hurricane as it continues to churn through the Eastern Atlantic. It is not threatening any land mass this week either.
In the western Caribbean, Tropical Storm Karl is nearing the east coast of the Yucatan Peninsula this morning. It will move to the west, making landfall on Mexico`s Yucatan Peninsula later today.
