Miami, West Palm Beach, Homestead, and Naples could all be under the gun for some strong storms this afternoon.
The storms will be triggered along the tail end of a cold front sweeping through the region.
Heavy downpours and wind gusts over 50 mph will be the biggest threats. However, it is not entirely out of the question for an isolated tornado or waterspout to touch down.
By tonight, storms will have ended across southern Florida.
