Florida Adverse Weather Report

FLORIDA ADVERSE WEATHER REPORT
Minimum Temperature Forecasts
Wednesday November, 19, 2014

Yesterday’s cold front cleared the State and brought with it much colder weather. The projected freezing temperature line has been extended southward to just south of the Ocala area.  Freezing temperatures will occur in many areas for 9-13 hours.  Crops in the Bradford County and the Tri-County (Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns) areas could be affected.

Thursday low temperatures will warm somewhat but freezing conditions will still exist in North and Panhandle areas.

People are urged to take precautions to protect cold sensitive plants, pets, and outdoor plumbing such as faucets, well pumps and water storage tanks.
