"We're going to have rain, I would say, at least through midmorning tomorrow,'' Bob Ebaugh, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Miami, said Wednesday morning. "Heavy rain at times, isolated thunderstorms.''
The NWS in Miami issued a flood advisory for Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
